During the workshop, Diastisis Recti, incontinence, prolapse, and pain management will be covered! You will learn about the issues, causes and safe and effective exercises in helping these areas! A handout of information with exercises included and a resistance band to complete the exercises will be provided!

Pilates is an excellent exercise for pregnancy – it strengthens the core, back and pelvic floor muscles, which are essential for a comfortable pregnancy and a speedy recovery. This class is a modified sequence of Pilates exercises designed especially for a pregnant women.
All participants need a doctor’s note verifying they are approved for physical exercise prior to starting the series.
