Pilates Equipment Classes

Pilates equipment classes are performed on a variety of Pilates apparatus including: Reformers, Towers, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, and Chairs. Students will enjoy the endless variety of body sculpting exercises that can be performed on this specialized equipment. Our certified instructors ensure that each student enjoys a fresh, invigorating workout every time. Because the classes are small, the instructors are able to customize and modify the movements to suit each person’s fitness and capability level. If you are new to Pilates Equipment we strongly suggest that you take a few privates to learn the basic principles of Pilates in order to get the most out of your practice.

Barre/ Non-Equipement Classes

Non-Equipment Group classes are high intensity, fun, and energizing! With a max of 13 (Barre or Mat Pilates) or 10 (TRX) people, you get the challenge of the group setting without getting lost in the crowd. Barre, Cardio Barre, TRX Strength, TRX Barre and Pilates Mat classes are all done with an endless variety of body sculpting exercises and small equipment such as balls, bands, TRX trainers, Magic Circles, and hand weights. Each highly trained instructor pushes you to meet your goals, while providing necessary modifications if needed.


Private sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates. A certified Pilates instructor will work one-on-one with you on the mat and on the full range of equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Towers, Chair and Ladder Barrel. The trainer will adjust the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you. Privates are 50 minutes long. We encourage new clients to take at least 1 private Pilates session before taking a Pilates Equipment Class. The personal attention that you will receive will help you learn proper technique and alignment and improve your overall Pilates experience.

Semi- Private Sessions, similar to Private session are a fast way to progress in Pilates while also sharing time with a partner. Students are responsible for finding who they will share their workout with.
