Lynsey T.
Lynsey is a freshly certified Barre instructor and is currently working toward her Pilates certification at TPBS—and she’s obsessed in the best way. After trying every workout under the sun (cycling, running, yoga, weight training…you name it), nothing truly clicked until she walked into TPBS. The energy, the strength, the mind–body magic—she was hooked. She knew teaching would be a fulfilling way to share the impact TPBS teachers have had on her with others.
Throughout her wellness journey, Lynsey has been committed to healing her chronic autoimmune pain and has found that consistent Pilates and Barre practice has made her feel healthier and stronger than ever. Her goal as an instructor is to help others experience the same empowerment, confidence, and renewed energy that these movement practices have given her.
When she’s not at the studio, Lynsey is busy being a full-time “mom Uber” to her three boys and their endless sports and school activities. She also works part-time at Edwardsville’s Main Street Community Center and runs her own photography business—Lynsey Tedesco Photography & Design—specializing in branding and family photography.
Few fun facts:
-She’s an avid thrift shopper and never misses a chance to hunt for a deal—especially when she’s traveling.
-Lynsey has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and spent four years as an auditor… before realizing an office job was not her calling and made a quick pivot into photography.
-The fastest way to her heart? A glass of red wine and an oat milk latte.
-Her family’s love language is music—she, her husband, and their three boys are always catching live shows, and there’s always a record spinning or Alexa playing in their home.
